Highcharts displaying data shifted of 1 month

is your Highchart shifted of 1 month in the future ?
is your last data of the chart wrong, 1 month more of what should be in your xml or json source ?
then what you need to know is to format UTC data in javascript format Date.UTC starts at 0 (0=January ... 11=December)
Date.UTC(2012,0,6) January 6 2012
